A few months ago I bought a few succulents and made a little terrarium. And then I bought a few more. And a few more still.
If you walk around my house, you will find little potted succulents in nearly every room.
Including in the bathroom.
I'm not ashamed.
They make me happy.
I think I need some more.
Just discovered your blog! I really love all your terrarium ideas, been wanting to try this for the longest time and hadn't thought of using a teacup or just any old unused bowl:) can't wait to check out more of your ideas!
ReplyDeleteHi Kelly, thanks for stopping by! You can definitely get creative with vessels for potting plants or making a terrarium. I suggest if you use something that does not have a hole on the bottom for drainage that you either drill one yourself, or at least put a layer of stones or gravel on the bottom under the soil for extra drainage. That way the plant is unlikely to get overwatered in a bowl or other vessel that does not allow for traditional drainage.
